When should I expect to see results?
Most members start feeling stronger and seeing changes within their first 30 days with consistent attendance—3 classes a week is a great start.
Do I need to already be fit to join?
No prior experience needed! We assess your fitness and scale every workout to your level. Everyone belongs at The Coalition.
How many days per week should I attend?
Beginners do well with 2–4 sessions per week, with recovery days in between. Work up to 5 days a week for maximum progress.
What should I expect in a group class?
Each 60-minute class is coach-led, starts with a warm-up, covers proper form, and ends with a cool down. Expect expert guidance every step.
